our areas of expertise

I. Bio-Individual Protocols

Protocols based on the individual’s psychological, mental and emotional health. Taking the whole self into consideration using supplements, peptides, or emotional practices to help regulate the body.

II. Cranial Sacred Therapy

A gentle hands-on method that addresses the nervous system. Releasing cerebral spinal fluid from the occiput to the sacrum, allowing the body to move into greater homeostasis.

III. Body-Work

Different types of massage therapy determined by the practitioner and depending on the clients needs. This can include deep tissue massage, visceral work and other hands-on modalities.

IV. Spiritual Coaching

Spiritual coaching is what we would consider one of the most critical parts of our health. Natural imbedded in each session, aligning the client with their higher self.

V. Intuitive Healing

All of our practitioners while clinically trained, also have the gift of reading the body —allowing them to understand some of the deeper needs that their clients may not be able to access initially.

VI. Peptide Therapy

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that serve as signaling messengers in the body. They influence everything from hormones and metabolism to sleep, immunity, recovery and brain function. Unlike synthetic drugs that override your system, peptides gently guide your body back into balance. Peptides are natural molecules found in our bodies which make them very safe and well tolerated. Since different peptides affect different cells and functions, they can be highly tailored and targeted to treat a full spectrum of health, wellness, fitness, aging and cognitive conditions. Peptide therapy is administered by injection, capsule or nasal spray.

VII. Doula Support

As a certified doula, Sophia works to empower women as they step into motherhood and open up space for her client to connect deeply with themselves, their baby and their partner.

VIII. Homeopathic Medicine

Using highly diluted remedies derived from plants, minerals and other natural sources, our skilled practitioners stimulate your body’s innate healing process. The use of homeopathics in treatment, is tailored to the individuals unique physical, emotional and mental needs promoting balance and vitality.

IX. Blood Lab Review

Using a functional approach, we analyze an individual’s bloodwork to identify optimal ranges, uncover root causes of imbalances, and craft bio-individual protocols informed by our blood chemistry insight.

X. Functional Nutrition

Functional Nutrition is incorporated in our sessions to reinforce food as medicine in the most natural way possible. We are about embodying all food groups, only eliminating when it is absolutely necessary and on a temporary basis.

XI. Moxibustion Therapy

Moxibustion is a gentle heat therapy that uses Moxa (leaves of the mugwort plant) to warm acupuncture points and meridians for therapeutic benefit. We incorporate Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory and various moxibustion combinations tailored to an individual’s needs.

rooted in intention

Navigating each phase of life should not be viewed as a daunting task, but a journey that can be navigated with a guiding hand that speaks to everyone’s individual experience.

Driven by our passion for the interconnectivity of the mind, body, and spirit, Wylde Medicine seeks to provide the support, community, and alignment in a proactive approach to health.

We believe the mind, body, and spirit are not separate entities; they all need to be addressed through the individual’s own intrinsic nature, recognizing that healing comes from wholeness. Wylde Medicine invites you into a place of healing and seeking that greater alignment. Greater healing starts here and is celebrated along the way.

The journey began to take shape long before it was defined. Wylde Medicine was formed and has grown in a truly authentic way…accidentally and organically.

Our business began 15 years ago when a friend of Ashley’s referred someone to see her for general health complaints. There was no office, but a kitchen table and a family home filled with love.

One by one, Ashley realized that health was individual — that one person needed
supplements, while another needed bodywork. She spent her days receiving
people at her front door and slowly began building her practice. After a few
years of hard work and many hours, Ashley decided to open her first
office. She completed a degree in Homeopathic Medicine,
Functional Nutrition, and Blood Chemistry, while also traveling
the globe to learn from various schools of medicine and healers.
Fast forward to the present time, and Ashley had a deep intuition that
foresaw that Sophia would one day also practice medicine. The idea
slowly began to reveal itself in Sophia’s university years as her flatmates
and friends began seeking her guidance for all things health related. As
Sophia continued her university journey, majoring in business and sciences,
she also took on the task of completing focused coursework rooted in fertility,
women’s hormones, blood chemistry, and the mind-body connection.

Ashley Applebee

My approach is entirely holistic (whole-istic). Assessing the individual needs of each person, whether mind, body, or spirit. I believe that everything begins in the mind — it is the thoughts we choose that lead to the daily actions we take in our personal lives. This can either lead us towards healing or away from it. My passion is helping individuals reconnect with wholeness, whether through blood lab protocols, intuitive therapy, or hands-on bodywork. Supplements, peptides, and a nutritional approach are applied when needed.

Sophia Applebee

I utilize reading labs as if they are doors; each door reveals information to us, and information is powerful. I specialize in addressing the body from a mind-body-spirit approach, highlighting the interconnectivity. I have a passion for women’s health, specifically in the areas of hormones and hormone regulation, fertility, and utilizing my Doula education and certification to support pregnant mothers. My demographic currently ranges from ages 10 to 40, and I love that I have been able to support my clients on their individual paths to emotional and physical alignment. Each protocol delicately assists my clients in achieving greater healing, whether through the integration of supplements, holistic lifestyle adjustments, or emotional coaching.

Jackie Wood

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a specialized form of bodywork that focuses on releasing chronic pain, tension and muscular imbalances. I work on addressing the root causes of discomfort such as trigger points, nerve compression, postural imbalances and restricted circulation. I listen to your body and give it exactly what it needs. Through precise assessment and targeted techniques, I help release restrictions, restore balance and support natural alignment. Each session is customized to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help you feel your best. Your body speaks, I listen.
